Winfrith host visit from the Japanese Atomic Energy Authority (JAEA)

Winfrith recently hosted a visit from the Japanese Atomic Energy Authority (JAEA). Tsutomu YANAGISAWA and Masahiro SUZUKI were on a fact finding mission as they have a reactor very similar to SGHWR, which they are in the process of decommissioning.
Presentations were given by Andy Staples, Operations Director and Kevin McIntyre, Project Manager along with a visit inside SGHWR followed by a tour of the site.
