Research Sites Restoration Ltd, the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, and UKAEA Ltd recently signed a protocol designed to ensure a co-ordinated approach to communications.
The fundamental aim underlying this protocol is to work together successfully to promote the work programmes of NDA sites, particularly at Harwell and Winfrith, and ensure that this is understood by relevant stakeholders, by:
- engaging actively with all stakeholders in a consistent way, so that they understand what we are doing, how we are progressing and why it is important;
- helping each other to engage effectively without duplicating effort;
- formulating agreed plans to optimise our communications activities; and talking regularly in an open way to progress our communications activities.
