Trade Union Safety representatives visit Winfrith

Trade Union Safety representatives from Dounreay/Harwell/ Culham and UKAEA Ltd visited Winfrith recently for a sharing of best practice exercise. They took part in safety walk rounds of the Waste Encapsulation Treatment Plant and the Treated Radwaste Store.
Rich Taylor who organised the visit commented “It was great for everyone to get together and exchange information about what happens at their respective sites, it gave us all the ability to learn from each others experiences, a very worthwhile day.”
