NDA Programme Director visits Winfrith

Dr Sara Johnson, who is the NDA Programme Director for RSRL, Magnox North and Magnox South, visited Winfrith on Tuesday 11th May for a familiarisation visit. Alan Neal and Malcolm Barents welcomed Sara to the site and gave her an overview of all the achievements to date. This was followed by tours of ALES, Treated Radwaste Store, SGHWR and DRAGON and a general tour of the site.
Alan Neal commented that: "I am very proud of what we have achieved at Winfrith and it was a great pleasure to show Sara areas of restored land and describe what had previously been there, for example, A52, A59, Zebra, B20, etc. Sara was very complimentary about work that has been achieved at Winfrith."
