RSRL Achieves NEF Assured Standard

RSRL is the latest nuclear Site Licensed Company to achieve the NEF Assured (Nuclear) Standard.
NEF is an organisation which helps businesses, colleges and learning providers to achieve improvements in the science, technology, engineering and mathematics sector. This is particularly important in the nuclear industry, where assuring the quality of skills provision is a national priority.
"Achieving consistency in training across multiple sites and functions was a key determinant when applying for NEF Assured (Nuclear)," said Ian Wilson, RSRL's HR Skills Manager, adding "The NEF Assured process has helped RSRL to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate value from the training and development function."
