RSRL Receives NEF Award

Research Sites Restoration Ltd was honoured for achieving consistency in training across multiple sites at an inaugural NEF Assured (Nuclear) Awards Ceremony on the 25th October 2011.
The NEF Assured (Nuclear) standard is awarded to companies in the nuclear sector. It recognises the need for continuous improvement and for training to impact directly on business objectives. The need for consistency in training and the transferability of skills comes at a critical time of ever increasing demand for energy and uncertainties surrounding the future of the nuclear industry.
Alan Neal, RSRL Managing Director and Lindsay Allen, Head of HR attended the awards ceremony along with key players in the nuclear sector, including Magnox Ltd, Dounreay Site Restoration Ltd and Sellafield.
The NEF congratulated this year’s awardees for their exemplary training and development practice and commitment to skilling and reskilling workers in the nuclear sector.
