RSRL is committed to being an open and transparent organisation.
Where it is considered a project has potential effects outside the Harwell and Winfrith site which are believed to be of public interest, and where a number of options exist, RSRL invites the public to become involved in deciding the Best Practicable Environmental Option (BPEO).
